公德類文章從2000年至今考過(guò)兩次。鑒于今年的情況，這道題還是有一定意義。這道題我們可以從負(fù)面去寫，指出這種現(xiàn)象的原因和影響。而我們這篇文章更多的是從正面提出倡議。

As is depicted in this impressive picture,a family with a pair of parents and a child are to leave the restaurant room where they have just finished their dinner,a waitress standing in the room waving goodbye to them.What is the most attention-catching is that all the dishes on the table are eaten up.On the wall is a line of words which read that it is a virtue to Clear Your Plates.
Obviously,what the picture intends to convey is a social virtue to be promoted:wasting no food.As a Chinese saying goes,every grain comes from hard work.That's why we have been taught not to waste food since our childhood.Besides,although the economy in our country has boosted a lot and our country is now considered as a great power,it is still a developing country with more than 1.3 billion population to feed.According to World Food Survey,every year more than 5 million people are still malnour ished.This is especially true in developing countries including China.What a thrilling number it is!Therefore,the"Clear Your Plates"campaign is the call of the day to all people,rich or poor.
To conclude,it is everyone's obligation to save food for ourselves and for other people.It is highly recommended that departments concerned should take immediate measure to enhance public awareness that it is a virtue to be economical.
